![]() Today we read The Tale of Johnny Appleseed and talked about what our country looked like before there were very many people, towns, or apple trees! Then, we made our own version of Johnny Appleseed's face. Check out our artwork in our classroom! We even pretended to be Johnny Appleseed while we planted apple seeds all the way from our circle area (Massachusetts) "westward" around our classroom. Yesterday we learned about the life cycle of an apple tree and we practiced that today too.
